Overview

Spirion Toolbox helps operators and administrators work more efficiently across common Sensitive Data Platform operational workflows. The extension provides focused utilities for reporting, bulk management, troubleshooting, and operational cleanup across core SDP objects and processes.

With Spirion Toolbox, administrators can review agent status, version, and heartbeat data, apply individual or bulk actions such as renaming, tagging, and data gathering, and improve target organization for downstream asset grouping and inventory workflows. The extension also supports tag reporting and maintenance, including hierarchy creation from CSV or XLSX imports and agent-to-tag synchronization based on hostname matching.

Spirion Toolbox also provides visibility into scan status and running scan health, helps identify orphaned scans, and supports review of pending or failed actions across scans. Additional utilities support location review and classification workflows, match filtering and export, Jira and Confluence lookups using APIs, and import, export, cloning, and management of custom reports.

Built as a practical administration utility, Spirion Toolbox is intended to streamline recurring SDP operational tasks, reduce manual effort, and give operators a more efficient way to manage day-to-day platform administration.
