Andrew Burns brings more than 25 years of experience in executive, commercial and financial leadership, driving sustainable business transformation and profitable growth to the archTIS Global CFO role. His distinguished career includes CFO and 2iC to the MD/CEO of the then-listed Citadel Group Limited alongside archTIS Chairman Dr Miles Jakeman. Andrew played a key role in quadrupling Citadel’s revenue, managing M&A and delivering an engaged, high-performance workforce. He has also held senior financial leadership roles at Open Pay, RAS Technology, General Electric, and GE Healthcare. Andrew holds an Executive MBA in Business from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting from the University of Canberra. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently a director of Viva Leisure Limited (ASX:VVA).
