Mr. Alan Peyrat, who currently serves on Spirion’s board, joined Riverside in 2007. Before joining the Firm, he held the position of Principal at Apax Partners, actively participating in deal teams and portfolio company boards, with a particular focus on the technology and telecommunications sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Peyrat played a pivotal role in the founding of Telephia, where he served as Director of Sales and Director of Engineering and Operations.
His career also encompasses experiences at the Mayfield Fund, A.T. Kearny, and Public Financial Management, Inc. Mr. Peyrat holds a BS in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University.
